Vacuum chucks now with venturi technology

Witte Bleckede, manufacturer of different workpiece fixturing systems, now has slot-type and grid-type chucks available equipped with low-maintenance Venturi technology.

A vacuum is created according to the venturi principle.
By connecting a venturi tube to a customer’s own compressed air supply up to 95 per cent vacuum can be achieved. Additional vacuum pumps are not necessary.

This technology offers a high degree of process security when used on machining centres and other machine tools. Monitoring of operating vacuum level is effected via pressure difference switches. High-quality vacuum equipment from Witte guarantees secure vacuum clamping for all kinds of machining jobs.
