The range of alu-Spann items covers semi finished materials, clamping elements, screw-jacks and complete fixtures for use on machine centers and for general applications in metalworking.

Clamping elements are:

made in high-tensile aluminium
comparable to steel for mechanical resistance
corrosion-free
non-sparking
non-magnetizable
lightweight – one third of steel
easy to machine thereby saving damage to tool

Standard:

clamping elements made of high-tensile aluminium alloy
clamping bases
extruded profiles for universal fixture bulding
T-slot plates
grid plates for machine pallets and tables

Custom built:

made to measure fixtures partly out of standard elements to avoid costly special design

Fixclamp:

multiple clamping system for series positioning on machining centres, tools or measuring machines

Hovercraft plates:

for use on lasers and for transport of workpiece
