Magnetic and vacuum technology combined in one system
Convert magnetic chucks into vacuum chucks using adapter plates and connecting to a vacuum pump in a fast manual process.
The chucks are available in standard sizes 230x330, 410x330, 300x620 and 410x620mm. Pole extensions are available as accessories for the magnetic chuck.
The system offers high flexibility and can be used on various industrial machines with or without coolant.
To upgrade and use vacuum the adapter plates in steel are simply clamped to the magnetic base. The adapters are designed with grid on one surface for use with O-shaped seal and suitable for using Vac-Mats on the other.
This three-in-one technology is particularly cost effective when a large variety of parts and frequently changing part materials are involved. A changeover from magnetic to vacuum clamping technology is done in minutes.
